Rhodri Harries, Managing Director, Kaizo
Rhodri combines his role overseeing the management of the business with extensive client facing work. He has proven expertise working with blue chip corporates, consumer brands and Government agencies on UK and international campaigns with experience in brand building, public awareness campaigns, issues management and dealing effectively with crises. He has particular expertise in advising businesses and Government on targeting small and medium sized businesses. Clients have included Business Link, ACAS, the Health and Safety Executive and Compuserve and, in sectors that include Property, Professional Services, Public Sector and HR.
Christopher Broadbent, Non-Executive Director
Christopher’s background is in public relations and journalism. He now works in the area of sustainability and climate change and runs seminars for businesses in every sector. He also writes about sustainability and advises businesses on their journey to a low carbon operating model. He is well connected in the political, NGO and commercial spheres of climate change and has access to the most prominent thought leaders on the subject.
Vivien Langford, Non-Executive Director
Vivien joined Kaizo in July 2002 as Finance Director. With over 20 years’ experience, Vivien has considerable knowledge of the PR sector. During eight years with Shandwick in London, she acted as finance director for Shandwick Communications and Miller Shandwick Technologies, before becoming the UK regional financial controller. In February 2008 Vivien stood down as an Executive Director, but continues as a Non-Executive Director and Financial Consultant.
Crispin Manners, Director
Crispin is the founder of Kaizo and has over 25 years’ PR experience advising organisations from FTSE 100 companies to global brands and start-ups. He is an industry thought leader on how brands should use WOM techniques to drive sales and loyalty. He created a world first in consumer engagement in April 2007 for Simple, the UK’s number two skincare brand. He is the immediate past Chairman of the Public Relations Consultants Association and a Fellow of the CIPR.
Rosemary Brook, Chairman
Rosemary is recognised for her expert strategic counsel and as a leading specialist in issues management and crisis communications, advising companies on establishing, reviewing and testing their crisis management planning. Rosemary has directed national and international communications programmes for blue-chip companies principally in food, farming, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and rail transport. She is a hands-on driver of communications campaigns with a reputation for building long-term client relationships, in some cases over more than 20 years.
