BOARD CHANGES

The Argyll Consultancies PLC has formalised an agreement with Crispin Manners, former Chief Executive, whereby he will change from full-time to part-time employment with the Company in order to develop his external interests as an independent consultant.

Mr Manners remains a director, employee and the principal shareholder of The Argyll Consultancies PLC, where he will continue to focus on business development and service innovation. The new contractual arrangement is effective from 1st April 2008.

The Company has also announced the appointment of Vivien Langford as a non-executive director with effect from 1st June 2008. The Board has decided not to seek a full-time Finance Director at this time. Miss Langford has acted and will continue to act as a financial consultant on a part-time basis since stepping down as executive Finance and Operations Director on 31st May 2008. She remains the Company Secretary.

Mr Manners holds 2,916,015 ordinary shares in the Company. Miss Langford does not hold any shares. The percentage of shares held by the directors remains at 49.68%.
