DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
The Argyll Consultancies PLC announced today the resignation of Vivien Langford as an executive director of the Company. Vivien will continue to be employed by Argyll until the middle of April 2008 and will step down officially from the Board at this date. The Company is currently looking for her replacement and are in conversation with a number of interested parties. A further announcement will be made when a replacement has been identified. Vivien does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
