At the Group’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, September 10, 2009, the following Resolutions were duly passed.
1. Approval of the Company’s Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009, together with the Directors’ report thereon.
2. Ratification that no final dividend for the period ended March 31, 2009 will be paid.
3. Re-election of Rhodri Harries as a Director.
4. Re-appointment of Ward Williams as the Company’s Auditors.
