CORRECTION TO DIRECTORS’ SHAREHOLDING PERCENTAGE
In the announcement made on March 30, 2007, in which the Company notified the market of Richard Baines’ resignation, the percentage of shares held by the directors following his resignation was stated as being 48.56%. This percentage was incorrect. The correct percentage is 49.68%
