RESULT OF AGM
At the Group's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday, September 21, 2006, the following resolutions were duly passed:
1. Approval of the Company's Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006, together with the Directors' and Auditors' reports thereon.
2. Ratification that no final dividend for the period ended March 31, 2006 will be paid.
3. Re-election of Christopher Broadbent as a Director.
4. Re-appointment of Ward Williams as the company's Auditors.
