DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
The Argyll Consultancies PLC (“Argyll”) announced today the resignation of Richard Baines as a director of the Company to concentrate on the development of his own business, Argyll HR Limited. Richard joined the Company in1995 and has spent the last two years developing an HR division within Argyll. The trade of Argyll’s HR division (including one customer contract) has been transferred to Argyll HR Limited for £15,000 payable in cash over two years.
During his time as HR director for the Group, Richard put in place an award-winning people development function that also saw Kaizo ranked as the #5 best PR firm to work for in 2007.
Richard holds 100 ordinary shares in the Company. The percentage of shares held by the directors following Richard’s resignation is 48.56%.
